Professional-Looking Temporary Walls

We are your go-to provider of superior barrier system construction panels.

Providing Quality Dust Barrier and Infection Control Panels

At Edge Guard in Bement, IL, we aim to simplify hospital infection control and maintain a dust-free work zone through our innovative products. To achieve this, we provide contractors and hospital maintenance staff with modular panels that help create professional and functional barrier system construction enclosures.

What We Offer

Adjustable Panels

We manufacture reusable and lightweight panels that meet and exceed infection control guidelines. They easily fasten together to create a dust-free barrier system construction enclosure. In addition, we implement extruded aluminum and tough polycarbonate in our panels.

Our barrier system panels come in opal, transparent, and clear variants. Their height can be adjusted from 7'8" to 10’, and they are available in 12", 24", 36", and 48" widths. We also have hinged corner posts that allow you to create angled corners. Meanwhile, our door units, which have no zippers, are 48" wide with a 44" door, hydraulic closer, and a self-latching, locking handle.

Accessories and Hardware

We have custom-engineered fasteners that allow you to assemble an entire construction enclosure without using tools. Our camlock assembly joins barrier system panels together, while our grid clip assembly secures the barrier system panels to the ceiling. We have individual pages for each of our different barrier system panel styles for more details.

Commitment to Our Clients

Our barrier system panels, which can be cleaned and sanitized with ease, are currently being used in hospitals and bioresearch facilities. They are also included in the United Brotherhood of Carpenters Best Practices in Health Care Training Program.

Hospital infection control departments, facility managers, and staff also appreciate the clean and professional look of our products. Our clients have commented that our barrier system panels, temporary wall, and construction enclosures look more like a part of the hospital than temporary installations.
